This referral form can be completed by local authorities, schools, education settings, alternative provisions, or families who would like to explore support with us. We Will Assess Need

Our dedicated team will assess your support needs and, if we believe acceptance-based support would be beneficial, create a tailored support package.

48 hour Response


If we feel we are the right fit for your referral, we will be in touch within 48 working hours. If we believe another service may be better placed to support you, we will do our best to point you in the right direction and help you find the right provision.
