STAFF PROFILES
Supporting neurodivergent children and young people using acceptance based strategies.
We are a team of experienced, compassionate professionals who believe that real progress begins with safety, trust, and acceptance. We work with children and young people in school settings, in the community, and in the home when required, adapting our support to fit the environment where the young person feels most able to engage. Our team includes specialist teachers and tutors with strong backgrounds in autism, trauma informed practice, and acceptance based support. Every member of our team is DBS checked, fully insured, and supported through regular supervision and reflection. We do not arrive with fixed agendas or compliance driven expectations. We listen first. We adapt. We follow the young person’s lead and shape support around their interests, emotional capacity, and readiness, always prioritising wellbeing and trust as the foundation for learning.

If I could have a superpower, I would love to fly! I don’t like getting on planes, and I think it is because I am not in control. So, if I could fly myself, that would be great, because I would be in control of where I go. Something fun about me: I am a songwriter, and once supported McFly and Leona Lewis in a concert.
