School referral

A school referral is for education settings seeking acceptance-based support for a pupil who is struggling to engage or cope within the current school environment. We are based in Worcestershire and work with schools across Birmingham, Solihull, Walsall, Sandwell, and Dudley. This route is often used where pupils are experiencing significant anxiety, emotional distress, reduced attendance, or where relationships and engagement are breaking down despite reasonable adjustments and graduated responses.

Schools can use this referral to explain what has been tried, what is no longer working, and where concerns are escalating. If your school is located outside the West Midlands, we are unable to offer direct in-person support, but online consultation or advisory support may still be available. Once a school referral is submitted, it will be reviewed carefully, and you will receive a response within 48 hours to explore whether our approach could help stabilise the situation and protect the pupil’s wellbeing.
